In my one year of tenure in my last postion I was able to create and/or build and deploy 15+ online courses for company use, along with other job duties.
Blend ERP: Developed by SME
This 47.5 hours course on Blend ERP was meant to prepare company resources to play an active role in deploying Blend ERP modules for clients. The goal is for a resource to develop enough proficiency for their implementation cycle to support deployment.
Manufacturing WIP and Routing Fundamentals: Developed by SME
This 18 hours course was meant to lay out the key steps for producing finished goods and enabling companies to accurately define, track, and measure labor and material costs against the manufacturing process. This is an example of how courses were built so that a curriculum could be made from the courses.
