Knowledge Management Course

As an Enablement Analyst, I was responsible for creating and developing courses using the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS). This included utilizing Absorb Create to fully design and build the courses, as well as handling backend development, such as embedding slides and videos created by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). One significant course I implemented company-wide emphasized the importance of knowledge management. By leveraging the department handbook, I developed a comprehensive two-hour course aimed at ensuring that the organization understood how foundational resources support the capture, sharing, and utilization of knowledge assets to drive overall success.
